Mold Testing

Typical mold testing activities include the following:


  • Visual inspection of accessible rooms
  • Destructive testing, if directed;
  • Measurement of indoor temperature, percent relative humidity, percent moisture (of building materials), and thermal imaging, as appropriate;
  • Microbiological sampling for mold spores as determined in the field; and,
  • Preparation of a summary report following the inspection which will include site photographs, findings, sample results, conclusions, and recommendations.
