Environmental Business Development Professional

We have an opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Representative in the Southeast. Existing contacts and/or industry experience in Commercial Real Estate and Financial Lending Institutions a plus.

Job Description

    * Develop territory for environmental services
    * Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
    * Develop and maintain key prospect list/customer database, and manage new client accounts.
    * Must have the ability to quickly learn and understand the environmental services industry.
    * Actively network and participate in trade and professional organizations, as well as with established business partners and entities.
    * Identify market trends

Job Requirements

    * 3-5 years sales experience.
    * 4-year BS or BA degree in business administration or marketing preferred. A BA or BS in an area related to environmental science or engineering is acceptable.
    * Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels.
    * Proven ability to proactively develop client relationships utilizing cold call and outside selling techniques.
    * Must be a self-starter and have the ability work independently
